John Fugelsang is an actor/comedian based in New York and Los Angeles. Film, TV, & New York Theatre credits include COYOTE UGLY, SOMEWHERE IN THE CITY, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Providence," "Becker," SAVAGE IN LIMBO, BLUE WINDOW, HAMLET, THE MISANTHROPE, and JUNK MALE (Backstage Bistro Award). He appears with some regularity on radio's Stephanie Miller Show and made over 20 appearances on "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher."
He's the son of a former Nun and Franciscan Brother, and in 2007 his autobiographical solo show "All The Wrong Reasons" ran Off-Broadway and was nominated for the Drama League's 'Distinguished Performance' award. He's performed at HBO's US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, the 'Just For Laughs' festival in Montreal, Miami's South Beach Comedy Festival, and many more.
He received the award for "Outstanding NYC Monologist" at Lincoln Center from the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs and his piece on the history of the War on Drugs was recently published on The Huffington Post.
