Paul Mailman's Director of Photography credits span feature, documentary, and commercial projects. Paul's previous theatrical credits includes the IFP Searchlight Award winner "Hello" starring Eric Stoltz and Susanna Thompson and "The Man Who Counted" starring Buck Henry and Shirley Knight. Paul shot the 2008 Peabody award winner "Nimrod Nation", a Sundance Channel documentary project directed by Brett Morgan ("The Kid Stays in the Picture"). Paul was also the Director of Photography on the BBC documentary feature "Easy Riders, Raging Bulls: How the Sex, Drugs and Rock 'N' Roll Generation Saved Hollywood" based on the book by Peter Biskind.
Paul has lensed various projects for ABC, PBS, A&E, Showtime and the History Channel. Commercial clients include Direct TV, Sony, Nike, Coke, Microsoft, and Mars/M&M's. Paul speaks fluent Spanish, having worked on many projects internationally.
